After two days the clogged seems to have dissolved with the Draino, hours after calling Steve. So it was the classic, call for repair and no problem found. We did discuss needing to cut in an appropriate clean out valve to allow for snaking on the next visit. (Old house and system, there will be a "next time"). Appreciate the visit, info and no charge. :-)

I have used Chamberlain twice in the past month. Both times they were prompt got the job done quickly and each time was a different guy but they were really friendly and put up with all the craziness going on at my house. The second time he even noticed one of my cabinet door hinges was broken (or so I thought) and he said I think I can fix that, and sure enough in five minutes it was done. Love these guys and will definitely call them again.
Description of Work: The first time we had a toilet emergency and he came right over and fixed it right up and was in and out in less than 45 minutes saving the day. The second time he installed a dishwasher for me.

I called this plumber based on a referral to schedule an appointment, and he set a time to come to our house. When he didn't show up, I called an hour after the appointment time to see if he was planning on coming, but was only able to leave a message. It's been 4 days since then and he never even called back to apologize or explain why he didn't show up.
Description of Work: I contacted this plumber with a request to fix a leaking toilet supply hose.
