They're wonderful. They're always quick. They're professional. Their prices are fabulous. The cost depends on the price of oil. They're always the cheapest.

I just moved to the area and called after seeing their delivery truck driving through town. Their prices can't be beat and I had no issues with the service. They were able to schedule me for the following day even though I was going to be at work. I came home to a tank full of oil. Simple and painless.

We had a delivery scheduled and were all ready and at home. The delivery driver called but I did not get to the phone in time to answer it (4 rings). Was outside on the front porch trying to get his attention but he was not facing the house and could not see us as he was on his phone. So when called back all we got was a busy signal. Then he left with us standing on the front porch phone in hand. I was not about to run down the street chasing an oil truck. I got through literally seconds later and they said it would be an extra fee. So I wanted to cancel and not reschedule and the owner or manager got on the phone and was rude and nasty. I don't know why the girl who answered the phone put that man on the line. But I would never use this company. There is no reason to yell at a customer who was just trying to cancel a delivery and explain why. I deal everyday with customer service issues - this was the worst I have ever seen but not surprising as I find a lot of the small contractors can be testy. You know if you are going to try to make a delivery A. you should not be parked at a different house facing away from the delivery house (we have a number on our porch that is clearly visible) and B. You should not treat customers like trash. Well we were testing out their services and they are awful. Would not use again as there are many other oil delivery companies around. The price was competitive, the delivery was I guess prompt as the guy did show up, but the customer service is horrendous. I would bet if there was any kind of problem, based on the guy who yelled at me for no reason, even if it was the business' fault, it would be pointless to talk to them. Look elsewhere you don't need to give your business to such an unprofessional company.
Description of Work: Nothing the delivery driver called and left.

I called on Monday and ordered oil. Spoke to a women on the phone. She told me that my oil be delivered on Tuesday morning. Left a check the fill pipe. Checked on Wednesday and oil never delivered . Called and spoke to a guy named Ralph. He said I never called and placed a order. Checked my phone and it said I called on Monday . Called cash energy back and he would own up for missing my delivery . He said that I didn't place an order. Told him that my tank was empty . They wouldn't send a truck out to fill my order. Ralph was no people skills. They never heard of the costumers always right!

My father wanted to put oil in my tank as a Christmas gift, so he went into Cash energy to set up a delievery (as I had been using them since I purchased my first home). They informed him that I had just ordered oil (which was true) and they suggested that he buy me a gift certificate so he could pay for part of my next fill. Well, this "gift certificate" is a piece of paper (not easily identifiable or convienient to just throw into your wallet) and I managed to lose it the mania of Christmas, which was a mere week after it was purchased. I called Cash and explained my situation, thinking they would be able to re-issue the certificate. They could not help me (said they had no record of the transaction), and suggested my father return to their office so he could speak to someone there. Once my father arrived - it went downhill. He spoke to the same exact person who suggested he get the certificate the week before - who said "we don't really do gift certificates very often" and that they have no way of knowing if I used the certificate (I had filled my tank 5 days before and they said I could have used it at another residence and inferred I was trying to rip them off!)When my father became upset, he was told "If the certificate isn't used within 6 months, we will honor it"... wait? I thought you couldn't tell if one had been used or not?! When he pointed out this inconsistency, the employee got irate and said there was nothing he could do to help. $300 down the drain... Spread the word - do not use Cash Energy!
Description of Work: I had oil delivered to my home multiple times. Also, my father was talked into buying a "gift certificate" for me for Christmas (by a Cash Energy employee!) and he might as well have lit his $300 on fire. I never got to use the certificate and employees were rude and not remotely accommodating.
