Description of Work: They were great! Had them by for a preventative cleaning. They gave me an honest assessment that my flue was clean enough and didn't need cleaning, and therefore only charged me for a service fee which I thought was very reasonable. I don't remember the exact price, but it was somewhere around $25. Well worth it for the peace of mind that I have a clean chimney to use all winter.

Description of Work: I am an existing customer as I previously have had a new damper installed and a chimney cap. All work done previoulsy was top notch and very compettive in price. Recently, it was just time for my annual free chimney inspection. I was told that they would be at my house betwen 8 and 10am. They were here promptly at 8:00am, did the inspection and answered my questions. I do need a new chimney liner to get my chimney up to code and prevent any more interior deterioration to the bricks. This was explained to me in detail and a reasonable estimate was previously provided that Dan said he would still honor. I have a high efficency new boiler that does not put as much heat up the chimney and at times it's a bit moist , which I am told can contribute to decay. Dan was super helpful and polite as always, and when talking to the A-top folks on the phone to set up the appointment, they were extremely knowledgeable and super pleasant. I would not hesistate to recommend them to anyone and will schedule my new liner for this spring.
