siding, house painters
+ 0 moreThe company left the job when they ran out of siding. They left a dormer wall unsided. They did not side the shed. They did not replace the shutters. They painted 1/4 of the trim. They painted six windows shut with interior paint and used non sandable caulk. They replaced some plywood siding and bull nose at our request and never submitted change orders or pricing for the extras. We had paid them 2,000.00 over the contract and when we said we would not pay any more until the job was completed and they had submitted bills for the extras, they picked up and left.
Description of Work: This company was supposed to reside my house and shed with hardie plank, replace shutters, replace and prime trim and paint all trim.
