Gavin was able to get all the work - siding repair, soffit and roof repair, chimney flashing, and various vents - completed quickly and within the quote he provided. He was thorough in his work, and in his cleanup afterward - he made sure where were no waste materials, scraps, debris, or nails/screws left after he was done. I have already asked him to come back and do more work I needed!

We recommend him highly and will use him again if we have any future projects. This job was a deck and stair repair and a garage trim repair. He even improved the bottom stair with a much better design.

Came to see the job early the morning after I posted it. Did the work right away. Good price, excellent work, very quick, cleaned up well, professional. Highly recommend.

He over charged us. He did not do everything he said he would do. He Patched the roof in the front of house with the wrong color shingles and never used half of the materials he ordered and most likely used it for another job! After we discussed the fact that he over charged us, he said he would return some of my money but kept making excuses and never came by to return the money! Beware, do not use this subcontractor.

Never saw him back for other work nor did not see a bill. Just paid with a check.
