Daddy Do List

I asked Brent if he could do a few jobs for me and they were done almost immediately. Our initial impression was good BUT.... He laid stick on tiles in the kitchen and bath of a rental apartment. We were out of town at the time. When we returned we found that he had not lifted the toilet and laid tile under but instead created a messy mosaic around the toilet of sloppily cut tiles. He did not caulk along the floor by bathtub. We also found when we moved the refrigerator that he had not put tiles under it! He also spilled paint on the carpet in one of the bedrooms and acted as if he had no idea how that could have happened. Since the apartment was unoccupied, we had no trouble figuring out who did it.. He would highly recommend that you steer clear.
