Anna's Way Cleaning

Anna is a thief. She came to the home and said she needed a $240 deposit to clean which we gave her. She agreed to clean that week and then made up excuses for 3 weeks as to why she couldn’t come . She then ghosted us. I have contacted the Wells police and will be suing her as well. I would not trust her in my home and I don’t want anyone else to have to be duped by her.

She was very responsive on initial contact, which was great. Gave me a quote of $80 an hour to clean a newly built, vacant home. The day of cleaning, she arrived, we walked through the house to go over things, and I left. She brought one person with her. In six hours, they got two bedrooms done, two bathrooms done, and wiped down the kitchen. They said they would have to come back and finish the next day. The builder stopped by to pay them, and she charged him $140 an hour versus the original $80 an hour that was quoted. There was never any discussion when we walked through the house prior to cleaning on a difference in pricing. The builder paid her over $800, unfortunately. When I messaged her and asked why it was more than the original quote she gave me, she said she had no idea where I got $80 an hour from. I then sent her a screen shot of her original email to me quoting $80 an hour....and that is when she stopped responding to me completely. My suggestion would be get a quote IN WRITING, and have her reiterate pricing in person the day of cleaning.
