+ 1 moreAll 3 projects have been well planned and executed with minimal delays. Allen was particularly innovative regarding our garage roof; we asked for a 4 foot overhang over the entry doors and he cleverly provided this by ordering extra long roof trusses that were mounted off center to provide the overhang at minimal extra cost. He comes when he says he will and works steadily with few breaks. He and Nate work well together with complimentary skills. Nate has an eye for detail and a knack for problem solving. Allen's estimates have been accurate, his work punctual and professional, and he stands behind his work; he has come to repair defects found after completion without hesitation or complaint. He and Nate are clean, tidy workers who clean up their mess and do not smoke on the job.
Description of Work: In May, 2012, Allen and his son Nate did some remodeling and repairs for us. They removed corner boards and insulated dead spaces that were allowing infiltration, installed new gutters, and remodeled a portion of our living space. They had previously built a fuel tank enclosure and a 2 car garage for us in 2010 and 2009 respectively. The garage is 28 feet square, insulated, and electrified. Allen and Nate subcontracted the concrete slab and some of the electrical work but did everything else themselves. We love our garage and say so each time we park a car in it.
