Super fast and high quality work.

Over promised under delivered. It is clear that they have limited experienced in siding. It may look good from roadside but we have to look at the details. Job was sloppy, corners don’t line up looks like the cutting was done with tin snippets, can see siding seems from front of house. Some pieces are hanging down so look popped. Broke screens, scratches and bend leg on new heating unit. They hide issues with caulking. When I pointed out issues some were fixed some left with response it cannot look like a new home. Paid a lot of money and now we have to just live with looking at all the issues…disappointing.

The workmanship could not have been worse. Absolutely no attention to detail. Where boards were joined none of the surfaces lined up. Where boards come together at corners large gaps were left. They didn’t caulk where the boards met the roofline and even after coming back to “fix” things I’m going to have to get on the ladder and caulk the boards properly and ultimately have someone re-do the work correctly. Very disappointed.

From start to finish this crew and their managerJesus, were professional, prompt, efficient and pleasant. Great work ethic, they were not loud, no swearing or smoking on site and they left everything completely cleaned up. I would not hesitate to hire them again…and I’m not easy to please! Can’t wait to use my patio this spring!

Z construction did a wonderful job. Company and crew are very professional, responsive, punctual. I had two layers of shingles that needed to be taken off before the new shingles could be put on. Work was efficient and not disruptive. Crew did a very good job at cleaning up and leaving my lawn looking like there had not been shingles, and nails all over the place. Great at communicating and ensuring that you know what is going on and when your work will be done. Very conscientious. Would highly recommend them and will use them again.

From the first phone call to the final walk through Z Construction was a pleasure to do business with. Jesus is professional, attentive, efficient, and detail oriented. Their prices are reasonable and the crew were incredibly nice and hardworking. Jesus was on site making sure that the the job was completed to the highest standards. Jesus and Jonathan are exceptional. They arrived on time everyday they worked and they worked consistently hard throughout the day. They are very organized and came prepared each day. They are very conscientious and definitely pay attention to detail. Both men are polite, pleasant and helpful. I feel fortunate to have them do the work, hardscape patio with retaining walls, landscaping including grading land, preparation for planting grass, creating a new garden as well as planting flowers and shrubs. They also installed a large sail shade. I also asked them to install a solar tube in my home. When they left for the day, they cleaned up, used great safety protocol, i.e. roping off areas that could be potential danger areas. I am beyond pleased with their service. I would hire them again without reservation. I highly recommend Zubiate Enterprise!!!

You would not go wrong hiring Z Construction. Their attention to detail is fantastic. They are neat, prompt and do a fantastic job . I saw a remodel they did which was amazing. Above all.....They are honest!!!!!!! I have never left a review before but I felt it was a necessity to help anyone who’s looking for an honest hard-working contractor.
