These guys are great! Our washer pump was broken and they came right out and repaired it the next day. They originally said a week but then called the next morning and was at my door in a couple of hours due to a cancellation. The fixed the washer within 30 minutes and I asked them to check my dryer as well while they were here. No complaints they happily opened up my dryer and found that it was worse than the washer and shouldn't be working at all... They had to order the part and arrived the next day to repair it. He did warn me that if the shaft broke while fixing it we would be looking at a new dryer... well the shaft did break but he then asked if we had a vice, which we do, and he was able to remove the shaft and put in the new part. No new dryer, but both machines work like new, and 700.00 is much better than paying thousands for a new set! Thank's Vic's

Overall it went well. It was inconvenient that delivery occured before we requested. We got a great price on the full package for our new home. PROBLEMS: Refrigerator came with defective door shelf that took more than a month to replace. Fridge froze items in the non-freezer part of the unit. Repairman came and replaced thermostat control and told us we need to leave center area of the fridge clear to prevent freezing. Huh? Apparently fridges now have a single thermostat system that simultaneously controls fridge and freezer? Still freezes things. It may not be the fault of Vic's and may just be this model fridge but it is a pain in the butt. PRAISES: Personable, helpful, worked within our budget, responsive.

They are knowledgeable, trained, courteous and are willing to do anything necessary to correct the situation. They are always honest. We will definitely continue to use them for our appliance repair needs.

Fine! Everything went like clockwork. Appliances were delivered the same day we moved into our home.
