+ -1 moreWe had a contractor back out on a project in our tenant's unit, and Dana and Tyler helped us out in a big way when we were a pinch. We had one month to do a bathroom remodel and they got it done on time. We did the demolition and painting and they helped us set deadlines for those steps to be complete and purchases made. Throughout the project they communicated promptly when there was any issue or need of a decision, and helped answer all kinds of questions to help us make choices. For example, we had ordered a 3-piece shower/tub unit to be put in, and when it arrived, it was cracked. To order another would have taken 10 days (which we didn't have in our time crunch) and so instead we tiled the surround. They completed it beautifully and kept the project on time. They were communicative and professional, and we always felt in-the-loop on the projects. We had a project that needed to be done in a short span of time, and they got it done quickly and did a fantastic job. We will definitely be calling them for future projects.
Description of Work: Installed tile floor, insulation, green board, bead board, subway tile shower surround, plumbing fixtures, installed tub, installed bathroom vanity and countertop, installed ventilation fan. Replaced 2 ceilings (in bathroom, and in bathroom below), heater. Repaired exterior siding, replaced exterior door
