Warning, Warning....Very Unprofessional If you order something custom, be careful, make sure the order form is complete before you sign it. The owner tried to add almost $900.00 to the original order without my approval or signature. The owner, Mike, came to my house and intimidated and bullied me in an attempt to get me to pay for something I did not order, claiming he had a video plus audio to prove that I did (there is no video/audio). He irrationally, started digging up my gravel driveway with a backhoe, claiming that I didn't have a preexisting driveway, and he had pictures to prove it (there are no pictures). He left my property with a pile of large concrete pieces, deep ruts from heavy equipment, and ruined my gravel driveway, leaving large gouges that he refuses to fix. The invoice emailed to me 12/09/2018 had figures that were incorrect and if I had not checked I would have paid almost $200.00 more than the published price list, on top of the $900.00 mistake. Bottom line, he made mistakes, tried to make me pay for it, them treated me with abusive, verbal hostility when I refused. The day the "project" was finished they started harassing me for immediate payment when the December 9th invoice clearly states "Terms Net 30", which means I have 30 days from the date of the final invoice to pay. Employees started calling me and emailing me on a daily basis to pay a bill that had incorrect figures and wasn't even due for 30 days. I called to speak to the office manager on 12/11/2018 and Eric refused to let me talk to her. The have threatened to take me to court and put a lien on my property for their failures. All in all, it has been a nightmare. Do yourself a favor and go to a professional builder, a lumbar company, or even a box store, if you want to have a reliable experience. The building is ok, but not worth the torment of dealing with the owner. So, now I am left with a big mess, fear tactics, and personal threats. Ridiculous!!! I signed the original order July 31, 2018 and the project was not completed until December (nearly 5 months)!!! Quite different from what they advertise. Buyer Beware!!!
