Saco Sport & Fitness is more than a fitness facility, it's home to hundreds of people of all ages in southern Maine who find that Saco Sport & Fitness has something for everyone.

Services we offer

Join one of our many innovative group exercise classes or weight loss programs, play basketball or racquetball, work out in our extensive cardio and strength training facility, work one-on-one with our experienced staff of professional trainers, learn more about nutrition, diet and exercise, or sit back and enjoy a cold drink, nutritious smoothie, or even a beer with friends in our cafe. You can even join our book club, or do a little web surfing with our free wireless internet.

Saco Sport & Fitness centre is a family friendly place. The facility is very clean. The atmosphere is very pleasurable. The staff is very friendly and not pushy. I would continue to use them in the future.
