I was not a regular customer (generator) but now I will be.

Working with Jim, Jessamy and the rest of the PowR Point team was a breeze. Quick turnaround on the quote, delivery on the first quoted date and good value for when money spent on our new Cummins 13 kw generator. Excellent communication throughout the project. Almost hoping for the power to go out now. Thanks PowR Point!

Patrick, their technician, did a first-rate job of fixing our generator. Rebecca and her colleagues in the office went to the extra step of contacting the manufacturer to make sure the problem was thoroughly diagnosed and that their technician had the information and parts needed.

I purchased a home with an fixed outdoor generator, which I have no prior experience. Their contact person provided me with a PDF copy of their annual service agreement options to review. Their list of service tasks was very comprehensive to ensure that the generator would be ready for winter backup. They quickly answered my few questions about their service agreement. Their price was in the lower end of the range that HomeAdvisor provided for this type service. They have a good reputation, so I hired them.

Had a general service done. Was on time, and and quite friendly. He serviced the generator, tested it, and advised me of was to keep it running well. Highly recommended.

They were so quick and responsive to my request which was refreshing. Also, our technician was so very helpful, I knew nothing about the generator so he took the time to talk to me about it and tell me the important things I needed to know. He recommended a simple repair and explained why he was recommending it. I appreciated the explanation and not just a blind 'you need to have it done'.
