Dropped off mower for pre-season tuneup. Standard power mower. Several bolts holding handle in place were missing or loose, specifically asked via phone and via note left with mower when dropped off for them to be repaired and replaced. Picked up mower about a week later. No bolts replaced or repaired, handle wouldn't even stay in place. New blade was installed. Obviously mower was not taken apart and cleaned or examined, as when service provider was helping to fold up to put in car, cover to grass bag chute came loose, and big pile of dried grass from previous year came out in chunks. One month later, mower stopped working. I checked manual for potential causes, it suggested air filter problem. I took cover off, air filter had 3 years of dried stuff in it - clearly not cleaned or replaced by service person. So I paid $80 for a new mower blade and a quart of oil??
