+ -1 moreNot well. I didn;t hire them and my friend ended up in court.
Description of Work: I went to hire them to build a standard 4 bedroom colonial home. When I brought my own custom plans they gave me a hard time and wanted to change the plans because they had plans already available that had been built multiple times and their subs were comfortable with. I chose not to use them. About 6 months later a friend of mine built a custom home that they botched. the Unfortunately it was not structually sound and the cement in the basement walls started cracking. The fact that the drywallers did such a poor job that you could see the spackle through that paint didn;t matter after a few months when the walls shifted and cracked as the foundation shifted. I would not recommend them. My friend ended up in court.

Description of Work: I had my 3 BR colonial home built by Beribe builders in 2000. Start to finish in 3.5 months. Excellent to work with, professional workers and foremen.

+ -1 moreIt went very well. We chose them because they have built a number of houses in this area and we drove by and saw this one and it had a great location so we decided to buy it. This company have been in business for many years. It is a small company.
Description of Work: They built our new two story colonial home.
