Jim Rice Custom Builders

Our project started in april and of course got a major rain delay, But Jim was very detailed with the explaning what was going on and the progress as it went through. The Foundation was the first thing poured and right away Jim saw that the floor was not perfect from the Sub contractor and immediately had it redone at no additional cost to us... once that process was completed then it was off to the framing and all of Jim Workers in the framing part were extremely clean, detailed and polite during that phase. then we went to the electrical and plumbing side was the longest part, it was a waiting game for the electrical guy to come back to complete, the plumbing guy did a great job, extremely polite and clean about his job. then it came to the wall boarding guys,, they were polite professional the only issue that we had with them was they tracked through the house the particals from the wall board, lots of dust and debris tracked throug the home. Then the detail side of it was wating for the Windows (special ordered windows) did not come out on time and it was an additional week delay.the siding on the outside of the house went extremely well, jim and his crew did a great job finishing up with the match 100%. then the garage doors could not match the other doors so we were working with the builder to special order new doors or all three bays., however the doors came in the they look beautiful and complete.. we are extremely happy with the project and would definately recomend Jim Rice Custom Builders for any home project as he is a man that stands behind his work,
