+ -1 moreWhen I tried to update my anti virus software a couple a weeks before, evidently I clicked on the wrong icon. Somehow I managed to really mess everything. They came fixed the problem, deleted what I did not need and updated what needed to be updated including my hotmail account. By the time they left my computer working faster and I am very satisfied with the company. I would have no problem calling them again.
Description of Work: I was having all kinds of problems and my computer was running very slow. The owners of PC Coastal came at the agreed time, were very professional, did the work in about 1 hours 15 minutes. I had many questions which were answered to my satisfaction.

+ 1 moreMy computer started sending unauthorized e-mails selling travel programs without my authorization. I called Coastal PC after seeing their ad in a local paper. They were at my house at the agreed upon time within 12 hours of my call. After explaining my problem and showing them my computer set up, their senior tech went to work. Two hours later my computer was cleaned, updated, and working at a 60% faster rate than before I called. The malware and old software updates I was using was working against me.
Description of Work: This On Site company sent a tech at the agreed on time to remove malware, virus on my computer. Then they updated all my software and anti-virus software. Work was very professional and the tech was especially pleasant to have around.
