It was the first time I used them. They had to come back once, which they did. They were here when they said they would be. There has been no complaints.

They came out, set up a trap and took care of the family of squirrels for us. Overall we were very pleased with the services they provided. They were very responsive they came right out.

He told me he doesn't charge until he sees the situation. He went up to the attic and didn't do any work. He put some rat traps outside, but they don't do anything on squirrels. He pulled out all the insulation and threw it in the hallway. I had to be the one who picked it all up. He went and bought me some more insulation and put it down. He charged me $325.00 for nothing. I paid him just to get him out of my house. At the end of the job he told me he was to old to do the work. That should have been said up front. The only work that was done was him throwing insulation around. I didn't call him from insulation, I called him to get the animals out of my attic. He was working with kids who couldn't have been older than high school. I would never recommend them to anyone.
