Mike the Plumber provides emergency service for real ~~~not like some places that claim to provide it then say that they will send someone "tomorrow"! The company that I have contracted for all of my appliance repairs (etc.), I discovered has "emergency service" ~~~for the day after you call them! Plus, I was informed that I would have to "find somebody to move the stackable washer and dryer so that the tech could get to the back of it to find out what was wrong." I refused to feel aggravated by their lackadaisical attitude. I called Angie's List. Hurray, hurray for Mike the Plumber! Mike was very reassuring that someone would arrive in 30 minutes. Aaron arrived promptly that evening, and he easily moved my stackable washer dryer to find out if the leak was stemming from the back of it. He checked everything thoroughly and verified the location of the leak. Aaron came to the conclusion that the source of the leak was within the washing machine itself~~~not the plumbing (i.e. not pipes in the walls, etc . what a relief!!) Aaron explained everything clearly so that a "non - plumber " person (like me!) would understand. Aaron turned off the washing machine's water source, unplugged the machine, and so kindly, thoughtfully, took charge of drying up the water that had accumulated after he had tested the machine. To say the least I heart Mike the Plumber! He is to be commended for truth in advertising: emergency service means exactly that! Aaron's prompt arrival dissolved any stress that I had felt since leaks had been appearing in different places under the carpeting in my condo. Aaron did quite a thorough, amazing job. He went even above and beyond what was expected!! Mike the Plumber had done work for me a few years ago. However, during this emergency I had forgotten what a great job he had done back then. For certain I will remember how amazing is Mike the Plumber. The work is very efficient and very much in order. Mike the Plumber saved the day. Whether there is a plumbing emergency or a plumbing need just call Mike the Plumber!!

He did an excellent job for me. He took a look at the costs of both and suggested the electric water tank. I will use him again in the future.
