It was a LONG process, but once we got started I could not have asked for a more patient, responsive, flexible, professional and superbly skilled contractor. Justin was superb and continues to return for minor punchlist fixes as promised. As much as a project like this could be a good experience this was. I was extremely reluctant to start because of previous bad experiences but my faith in contractors has more than been restored!. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a construction /remodelling project.

He did a good job and the price was fair.

The first appointment was changed because he had double booked that day. The day he came in he was able to complete the job in one day. The only complaints I had was that he had not put the shower hook where I thought I had told him, and he forgot to apply grout under the control flange. Otherwise, the tile job looks superb..

We are moving so I didn't want to spend a great deal of money, but I did want my old bath to look nice. We discussed several options. In the end we decided to remove the old tile from the walls and floor, put wallboard on the walls and new tile on the floor. We discovered mold behind the shower surround and decided to remove that too and tile around the shower. I wanted to keep the cabinets because they were a unique shape and not easily replaced. Justin could have built me cabinets, but was willing to sand down the old ones so I could paint them. Of course, Justin would have painted them for me too but again, I was trying to save cash. I like that he is flexible and will work with me. The new bath looks great. After tidying up a few minor issues for me in other rooms, he left. He came back three days later (after I had time to paint) to reattach the door and put in light fixtures. I was so glad that he accommodated my wish to paint it myself, leaving off the things that were in the way while I painted and coming back (although I had already paid him the full amount) to reattach these things when I was ready. Justin does good work, but I like him best because I believe he is honest.
