He showed up for work every day as scheduled, involved us in discussions with questions regarding his approach t the job as well as suggestions for improvements as he progressed. This enabled him to get everything right the first time without having to do anything over. This was very important to us, and on top of all of that his craftsmanship exceeded our expectations.
Description of Work: He took unused space in our attached garage, and built a finished room, adjoining it to our mudroom, laundry room and kitchen, which we had him build for use as a walk-in pantry. He used subcontractors to complete the electrical wiring for the space as well as a plumber to add a sink to the pantry, but he did all the other work himself, including the framing, insulation, flooring, and ¾” tongue and groove, solid pine walls, then customized it with intricate finish work involving shelving as well as saloon doors and also a sliding door using barn-door hardware to meet our organizational requirements for use as a pantry.
