Excellent. When they say they are going to be there, they are there. I might be easy to please but this is one of the biggest obstacles to home repairs in this area. I can't tell you how many appointments i have made for different jobs or estimates for jobs and nobody shows up. They showed up on time, completed the job and left. During the final installation of the water heater, when the plumber was here, there was an issue where we had to call him back and again, showed up that day within an hour of our call. I wish I could give you details of what the issue was but electrical issues are mysterious to me. I can tell you he was right back to resolve whatever it was. Electrical Solutions has done one other job for us back in January of 2010. He replaced an incoming wire to our panel that had become corroded and we had the same experience. Prompt and got the job done. Also both guys are were really nice and pleasant to deal with. Billing was also never a problem.

Awesome - They came right out - the first appointment the next day (when they heard we had no hot water) then came back the next day (within an hour of calling them) when the plumber had a problem with the hookup of the new water heater. VERY RESPONSIVE and RELIABLE! And really nice guys too.
