We would recommend them. They are excellent, but expensive. They have high quality and well-maintained equipment. They have modular options where we can design our own configurations. They are very helpful and provide good customer service. They have great options for kids of different ages. They have great options for very young kids. The only downside is that they are pricey. They do have a lower cost option.

It was a bit pricey, but it was reasonable for the value. It is a very high quality play set. I had to assemble it myself, but they had good instructions and there were no issues with the assembly. It seems to be reliable.

We've been happy with our CedarWorks swingset and the customer service department. Our swingset was delivered in 19 boxes. One of the boxes was missing, and they quickly sent the missing parts by UPS. Then, when my husband started building it, he noticed that they had included an incorrect piece. Once again, we called, and they promptly sent the replacement. The swingset was straightforward to build, but time-consuming. It took my husband and a friend two weekends to finish it. Part of the time was spent leveling our not-quite-flat-enough yard (something we didn't anticipate). The swingset feels solid, the wood has no splinters, and our kids love it.

CEDARWORKS PLAYSETS ARE PRETTY EXPENSIVE, BUT THEY ARE BUILT LIKE TANKS AND LAST FOREVER. AND, THE COMPANY REALLY BACKS UP THEIR GUARANTEES. WE MOVED A 5 YEAR OLD CEDARWORKS PLAYSET FROM ONE HOUSE TO ANOTHER. DOWNSIDE WAS WE NEEDED A DUMPTRUCK AND 4 GUYS TO DO IT BECAUSE IT WAS SO HEAVY. UPSIDE WAS THAT WE NOTICED ONE OF THE GROUND MEMBERS WAS A BIT ROTTED, AND CEDARWORKS REPLACED IT NO QUESTIONS ASKED. THEY TELL YOU EXACTLY WHEN THEY WILL SHIP YOUR PRODUCT AND KEEP YOU REALLY WELL INFORMED ON THE PROGRESS. WE WERE SO HAPPY WITH THEM, WE JUST ORDERED AN EXTENSION TO THE PLAYSET FOR OUR NEW HOUSE!
