Description of Work: John provided a very thorough & detailed homeowners inspection. Professional, pleasant mannered & very informative, Mr. Howard spent over 2 hours doing a top to bottom & all around inspection. We were provided with an extensive written report with suggested repairs to be done. Well worth his fee!! Highly recommended!

I checked out a few that were recommended to us but no one came close to John Howard of Breakwater Inspections. John was amazing and extremely helpful and responded to emails promptly. He was very thorough and knowledgeable and made a lot of recommendations throughout the whole process. He did the inspection without any delays and produced a very balanced and informative report with photographs immediately. John is welcome to feel free to use our family as a reference anytime. Thank you John !

+ -1 moreJohn Howard, the proprietor of Breakwater, was quick to respond to our requests and questions and was a pleasure to work with. He did interior air radon tests in 7 of our rental units (as required by Maine law) and was punctual, professional and thorough with all interactions with us and our tenants. I would highly recommend him as a service provider.
