We had a very good experience with this provider. When we called him initially, we weren't sure of everything that needed to be done except that we needed to get our basement bathroom up to "live-in standards." He responded to our inquiry promptly and gave us a clear estimate of what he thought it would cost. He gave us a lower and upper limit that it wouldn't cost any more. We originally thought we were going to have to replace the entire shower stall because it had been unused for so long; it was in pretty bad shape. He told us a good cleaning, which he could do, would take care of the aesthetics and that we wouldn't need to replace the fixtures but just to polish and clean and re-attach them. He also noticed a couple of other issues in the basement that needed attention, such as the handrail and carpeting that had been pulled up at the bottom of the basement stairway landing, which he offered to take care of. He addressed all of these "odds and ends" very professionally and told us to give him a call if anything were amiss after he left. Needless to say, everything was taken care of to our satisfaction and it all looks great. Everything's ready for our tenant to move in and we didn't have to do the major renovation we thought we might have to. The bathroom looks brand new and the basement stairs and landing are now safe again. It took him about a week from the initial bid to the completed work but it only took him a few hours to do the work once he started. Would definitely use him again for other "handyman type" jobs; highly satisfied.

It was a good experience. He took his time with measuring.

He was very professional. He had to remove the door on my laundry room and took extra care to make sure the door was put on properly when finished. He did take a little time to get to the project (over a week). But he service was good.

A Roundtuit is responsive and thorough. He understands there are times when you want the cheapest and there are times when quality goods are needed. He offered pros and cons to approaches. He did some purchases for me but sometimes suggested I could save money if I purchased items myself. It was my choice based on my budget, time, etc. We are very happy with his work and recommend him to others!
