+ -1 moreWe made 2 of 3 payment installments. When we realized he made a mistake that was going to cost us more money, he refused to finish the job and refused to return the portion of money paid for services not received. The only thing he completed was the lot clearing. No other item was finished.
Description of Work: Septic install, lot clearing, foundation digging and backfilling, waterline install, driveway completion
