About us

We are InterNACHI Certified Home Inspectors. We provide through home inspections that cover a full range of areas in your home starting at the roof and basement than anything in-between. We use many tools in conducting home inspections; carbon monoxide detector, gas detector, moisture meter, and thermal imaging camera. Each of our home inspections includes free Thermal Imaging. We've done industry training through InterNACHI (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors). We are based out of the Rangeley Maine area and servicing Western Maine. We are a small business run by a husband and wife team. We understand how stressful a home purchase can be, so we want our customers to be educated, confident, and have all the tools available to make an informed decision on if that home meets you and your family's needs.
