Description of Work: Designed and will be building storage area in laundry room. Excellent service and workmanship. Have had Ed do alot of interior painting and a bathroom upgrade and will have him do this type of work, if it arises, for me in the future.

 + 1 moreFrom the very beginning, Ed has been very precise in his preparation and a meticulous in his craftsmanship. He has taken extra care to protect all our belongings in each work area. A non-smoker, he did not take breaks or waste time, he just works. He is a soft spoken man who has been honest in his dealings with us, even pointing out items which really did not need fixing in order to save us money. He always arrived at our home with a smile on his face and maintained good humor in spite of our dogs badgering to play (German Shep & Chow mix) He even brought treats for them. My husband wanted to know where he'd been hiding all these years.....We just recommend him very highly.
Description of Work: Ed arrived right on time and began immediately to prepare our house for painting. He pressure washed, sanded, sanded, primed and rebuilt/replaced any rotted wood prior to painting. He made sure all areas were completely covered to avoid paint in unwanted areas and touched up areas that were blown off by the pressure washer. He painted our exterior trim matching the existing color. We told him were were selling the house so he kept his eye open for little things and looked at it from a buyer's point of view keeping in mind the expense involved. He painted our family room walls.
