Quick response and convenient evening scheduling (6:30 p.m.) Prompt arrival and in 20 minutes he had snaked the toilet, removed it, changed the seal and shortened the chain on the flapper, too. Good price.

Rob called promptly. Schedule a repair time convenient to my schedule less than a week's wait. Rob couldn't make the original scheduled time due to an emergency but called promptly and rescheduled for the next day. Did the necessary repairs. Was missing a part so came back following day and finished work. Part installed is better than the one replaced. All at a very reasonable rate.

I was very confused by my interaction with this company. The response was prompt and professional however they seemed unsure of what they were doing. When they left, they left two sewage pipes in the basement open that should have been sealed. I had to phone to ask for the caps for the pipes. Two were dropped off at my house as I requested. Only one of the caps fits. The other one does not and I now have a few rags stuffed in the hole with the cap until I find a new plumber!

I had great experience with Woodville Plumbing. They were able to clear my clogged sewer line in a timely manner. I will be using them for all my plumbing needs.

We had a major clog in the pipe that goes from the house to the septic. We contacted Rob and he was out and less than three hours. Very nice guy, our new plumber!

We were pleased with the rapid response to our issue, and how it fixed in a quick, professional manner by the amenable and patient Rob. The price was more than reasonable, and Rob told us what all of the potential fees could be before the job was finished. Would hire in the future, and highly recommend their services to others!

Had an appointment set up for after lunch. Rob called me and asked if he could come earlier as he was in the area. I thought that was a very nice gesture and agreed, When Rob arrived I told him the problem his first thought of what the problem could be was the exact problem.
