Description of Work: "I'm in the process of having the entire inside of my house painted. Work not completely done yet as he uses my job as filler work when the weather outside is lousy. | |Consulting on paint colors and made useful suggestion to slightly change the palette in one room; protects furniture and floors from paint spatters; has replaced door knobs and mini-blinds. Now my house is up to code on smoke alarms and CO2 detectors. Worked with electrician to upgrade the outlets."

+ 2 moreHe came highly recommended from neighbors across the street that have used him for many years for many jobs, and also came highly recommended by somebody who is not in the neighborhood. He is really really good. He has done a lot of smaller things for my neighbors, and he has built bookshelves, but I know he also builds houses. He is really knowledgeable, practical, and I think his work is really exceptional. I haven't had any issues with the work that he has done. He is such a smart guy, and he is just so honest. I think he is very reasonable.
Description of Work: I used Wayne Hymer. He is a contractor. We had leak on our roof that was leaking through the roof of the family room, and into the family room, and a couple other guys came out and looked at it, and said the roof needed to be replaced, and big section of this and that. Wayne came and looked around, and looked at the hole we had cut out in the ceiling for him and the insulation people, and figured out that it was a nail hole, and it was leaking heavily, and repaired it. He replaced the ceiling after the insulation people had been there, and painted it and solved the problem. He also did some work on the kitchen last year, and we plan to use him again next year to work on the front door, where the mud room will be, and a little office.
