They showed up on time, explained the problem, and fixed it within a reasonable time frame. Given the number of issues, I thought their rate was very reasonable. Ken and his two sons were professional, informative, and personable as well. His wife answered the phone while they were on a short vacation when I called to set up an appointment! Great doing business with a local family owned business! We will definitely be calling them again soon when we remodel our bathroom! A+

Arrived on time with two helpers. Installation was quick and well done. Work area was cleaned after job was done.

Called on Monday afternoon, received call back on Monday evening, about 2.5 hours later. Made appointment for between 9:00 and 9:30 that Friday morning. Showed up at 9:20AM Friday, ready to go. Listened carefully to my requests and where parts were that I already had, and then went to work with no fuss, good care taken of the rest of my kitchen and house. Found small leak in first trap they installed while they were checking it, and replaced the problem without any issues. I liked the timeliness of the response, the adherence to the schedule, the care they took of my house and kitchen, and the time they took with getting everything right. Final tab for two hours of work and a complete replacement of the drain pipes in the cabinet was $170 for labor and about $50 for parts. A positive experience all the way around, and while I hope that I will never need them in an emergency, Wayne's will be my first call next time I need a plumber.

All work was done well. The sink installation seemed a little expensive, but it was done very well.

Sherrie got back to me the same day of my call and scheduled at a time that suited me. One ofthe guys came over and plugged the old, unneeded hookups and replaced the washer shutoff. The plugs didn't quite take the first time - I texted and they returned right away to fix it. Highly recommended! I will always call them for all of my plumbing needs.

Excellent service! I called Monday before noon my call was returned before 6:00 p.m. An appointment was set for Wednesday between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon. Wayne was there on time. He quickly determined the problem, and made the repair in a couple of hours. For the location of the sump and the pipes attached to it I was amazed he was able to complete the job so quickly. In addition to being efficient he was professional and cordial. I must also mention the young lady I spoke with to initially schedule the appointment couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful. In addition he left the area just as clean as if not cleaner than when he arrived. I had used Wayne's about 4 years ago and the service I received on that call was the main reason for me calling them again. I am a highly satisfied customer and will use them for any and all of my plumbing needs in the future.

When I called, the woman who answered the phone was very helpful. Their schedule was full for the day but when I explained that it was our only toilet and we couldn't use it, she fit us in their schedule as soon as possible. The plumber came and replaced the flange as well as bolts and wax ring. He was polite and did an excellent job. The price was very reasonable.

They didn't have availability for a week, but I scheduled the appointment and took the morning off work, then he never showed up and did not call or respond to calls. :Updated as of 4/7/17: They did call me back and she said she apologized for her oversight. She forgot to tell the plumber about the appointment. I rescheduled with them and will update once the work is done.

I have use Wayne's Plumbing on numerous occasions and just like all the other times I was very pleased with their work and professionalism. They had to get into the main drain and pull out lots debris that was stuck. He shared with my wife what was caught in there and suggested it would be best not to flush these types of items down the toilet. Wayne's Plumbing is also my first choice when I have any kind of plumbing needs.

Called Monday, Ken came Thursday. The earliest time that was convenient for me. Every aspect of Ken's work was exemplary. His recommendations improved the operation of the shower 1000%. The whole process was about an hour. Service Call charge $85.00, parts $160 (very competitive to prices on-line).

Ken and his son examined the fixture that needed replacing and gave me a quote. They then took care of the job quickly. The new fixture looks good and I feel confident that Ken cares about his work.

Ken & his son are the BEST plumbers that I have ever had the pleasure of having in my house. His wife called back within 24 hours of my initial call to schedule an appointment for the following Tuesday & they were very prompt, courteous & friendly. They did a fantastic job stopping the leaks in my faucets. I would highly recommend them to anyone anytime.

Ken was great. He actually showed up w/ his son, who it appeared he was showing the ropes on plumbing. He was super-friendly and even did a couple of things for us that we didn't even realize were broken.

They were on time and took an hour which was what they estimated. Pleasant and respectful and a clean job.

Ken & Ken took a look at where the pipe was split, and then at the pipe and valve in the basement. He quoted me a price to replace the cut-off valve inside, run a new pipe to the outside and replace the spigot. He also gave me the option of having an all-season spigot outside in case I ever needed to use it in the winter. Ultimately I decided on the standard spigot, and they replaced the cut-off valve, ran the new pipe and replace the spigot. They were quick, thorough, friendly and professional. I would recommend them any time! And Sherrie is great to deal with, letting me know I could call any time... they don't keep bankers' hours!

This is the 5th or 6th time I've used Wayne's plumbing. Kenny and Sherry are the best. Their prices are always fair. Kenny does beautiful work. They are responsive and come when they say they are going to come. They are a pleasure to work with.

Was at my house within an hour of calling. Figured out the problem (someone flushed a hand cloth down the toilet and clogged everything up). Took care of it. I've been looking for a dependable plumber with reasonable pricing for several buildings I own and plan to use Wayne's in the future.
