We contacted Wayne's Plumbing for three small plumbing repairs -- a bathtub spout replacement, showerhead fix and dripping kitchen faucet. -- Nothing exciting, no emergency..just needed to be fixed. We scheduled a very convenient appointment fairly quickly. Kenny arrived on time, was very courteous and respectful, completed the three repairs very efficiently (everything now in working order!) and provided a detailed receipt for labor and parts. Even though it was a small job -- we were treated as a valued customer. We can see why so many Angie's List members gave Wayne's Plumbing high marks.

It went well. The price seemed reasonble but I did not shop around.

I called on Monday, received a return call by the end of the day and scheduled an appointment for Wednesday to look at a leaky toilet and a sump pump that would not stop running. The toilet problem (had been leaking off and on for years) appears to have finally been diagnosed and fixed. I was prepared to have buy a new sump pump but the problem was quickly diagnosed and fixed, saving me a lot of money! Great friendly and personable service. I would highly recommend!

I took Tuesday afternoon off and waited for the plumber for a 1:00pm appointment. I was told an emergency came up and when he was done he would come. He was unable to finish the emergency before 4:30pm. I can understand an emergency. I was rescheduled for Thursday morning at 8:30. After waiting until 8:40 I called to see when the plumber was coming. He was on his way. Once he arrived, he was very pleasant and professional. He did an excellent job and cleaned up after himself. You wouldn't know he was there except for the new sink and faucet. The office woman who scheduled the appointments sounded very sincere about the scheduling problems. I did have problems getting an estimated price for this project and was not told they did not accept charge cards.

They were responsive in returning my initial call for services, showed up when they said they would and not only fixed the initial issue (the washer hookup), but answered some questions I had (I just moved into a new home and was not familiar with some things in the house) and fixed a toilet that had started to continue to run due to a leak in the flapper. All this by a friendly professional who took time to explain things to me and did not make me feel stupid. Great experience. I will definitely use again and recommend to others.

I thought the price which included the cost of the disposal, was fair and reasonable. They were prompt, courteous, efficient, very professional, and I would definitely use the services of Wayne's Plumbing and Heating again and would definitely recommend them.

Great all around service. Left message on Monday morning. Received a call back later that morning and the very nice woman asked if I needed service today as they were busy but could fit it in. Told them not a rush and we scheduled for next day early afternoon. Arrived on time, super nice man, so easy to deal with. Took care of my drain with a cool old snake and good to go. Will absolutely use this company again for any and all future needs. Thanks so much!

I am very pleased. It has been almost two months and there has been no reoccurence of the drainage problem.

EVERYTHING WENT EXTREMELY WELL and they belong on the Page of Happiness

We discovered water damage on the ceiling of our finished basement. When we cut the sheetrock out to find the source, we could see the drain pipe of the tub, but not the source of the leak. Water would only drip down through the sub-floor after we had two consecutive showers. Running the shower by itself, with no one in it, for ten minutes at a time did not cause a leak. We were stumped. We called Wayne's on a Saturday, not expecting a call back until at least Monday. We received a call back on Sunday afternoon, pleasantly surprised! The woman who returned our call was VERY nice and pleasant, ready to have Ken come out to investigate on Tuesday. Unfortunately, we were in the bowels of WalMart at the time and didn't have access to our schedules for Tuesday, so I thanked her and promised to call her back. I did not get a chance to return the call and set up an appointment, but on Tuesday I found myself home, unexpectedly, in the early afternoon and took a long shot chance that Ken would be able to come over. I called around 1 pm, not expecting a return call, and got the call back within 20 minutes! The woman (I apologize for not remembering her name, she was very very nice) said that Ken could be at our house within half an hour. He arrived 20 minutes later. Ken came right in, looked at the tub area, quickly surmised that it could not be a pipe inside the wall or the leak would be constant and we would be losing water pressure. He thought it might be the fact that the grout in our tile had worn away enough to let water through and eventually leak through after enough had built up. He looked at the hole in the ceiling downstairs and confirmed not pipes were leaking. He suggested that, if we wanted to confirm it was the tile, we could put plastic over the shower wall with the tile, take our showers and look for the leak. He apologized for not being able to help and quickly went off to his next appointment, without charging us a dime! We did as he suggested with the plastic and he was absolutely correct. Instead of an expensive fix, we now simply have to re-grout some tile. The overall experience with Wayne's was fantastic, could not have been better from a customer service viewpoint or service in general. We will use them again in the future for any plumbing or heating problems and I would recommend them highly.

I needed to replace a faucet in my bathroom. I called 3 local plumbers, only one got back to me. Sherry from Waynes plumbing called back in less than 24 hours (even on a Sunday!) and set up the appt. Ken and his son were prompt, professional, and I am very happy with his service, and disappointed with his competition. Go with Wayne!

These guys had previously installed a water heater for us quickly and at reasonable, if not dirt-cheap, cost. I called them again when the sink disposall jammed. He came as scheduled and fixed the problem for $80. I particularly appreciated that he told me about the unit's condition (good, as it turned out), and how to fix it myself in future. Potentially a big money-saver in the longer term. I'd recommend them enthusiastically.

To clear a totally blocked sewage line that was backing up into bath tub, sink and toilet. Of course it happened in the middle of the night on a weekend. In the morning (Sunday) called around in search for a plumber who could come out first thing Monday morning. They returned my call later that day and scheduled service by 10am. They arrived 15 minutes early. (happy about that) and wasted no time to get to work and solve the problem. My sewage pipes are old so, he left and came back with a piece that would make it easier for future service if needed. He was great... constantly reassuring me that all will be okay and he would be able to get it cleared and he did. The cost seemed reasonable and now I have myself a new plumber. Very Happy.

Wayne's Plumbing is THE company to work with! From the first call in to the company to the final cleanup, they are fabulous. When we have an issue, we call Wayne's. Sherri is so pleasant on the phone, communicates well and schedules wonderfully. Ken gets the job done in an extremely professional manner, is neat and clean and the fees are always reasonable.

My upstairs tenants had trained themselves to mop under their tub on a daily basis after showers. When they finally figured out that they weren't causing the puddle under the tub by misuse or carelessness, they let me know. (Landlords out there will understand that joke). The same week, the tenant beneath them showed me a stain that had been growing larger on his ceiling, which then turned into a water feature before the end of the day. After trying the telephone book, I joined Angie's List Wednesday night, found Wayne's Plumbing & Heating, and left them a voice mail Thursday morning. By Thursday after work, I had an appointment for the next morning. Then Ken showed up early. What a pleasant surprise! Despite the old plumbing and associated complications, the job was done quickly and inexpensively, and Ken & Sherrie were really nice. Would definitely recommend them.

The service was fine and I will recommend them. The price was good and they were here right away.

We got several estimates and Ken's was the best price. He did excellent work and always was there when he said he would be. I was able to make changes on plans and that never bothered him or slowed him down. I will call Ken for all my plumbing needs.

I called. He came. He snaked. I paid him. He left.
