The work done was fine, and I'd have been happy to use them again, but they have not sent me receipts and warranty information despite repeated requests and won't return calls or emails.

I called and left a message at 9:13 this morning, and they had returned our call, shown up, done the work, and left before noon. This was the third and most complicated job they had done for us in the past nine months (old house), but it was completed as promptly and with as little fuss, delay, and expense as the others. After working with half a dozen plumbers over the past eighteen years, I can't recommend Wayne's Plumbing highly enough.

They were very helpful educating me as they repaired items and discussed other concerns I had. I have a quote for additional work I will have them complete at a later date.

Ken was excellent in coordinating with my contractor as the job progressed. He installed a new shower control and spigot when the old one was not salvageable, not unusual for very old plumbing. He showed care for the job and checked in to see if work had progressed to the point where he could take the next step. My 60 year old toilet vintage green toilet was safely removed and put back into place - I will always trust Ken with my plumbing!

They arrived when they said they would, completed the work in an efficient and timely manner. I had originally called to fix a leak in my kitchen sink. I told them that I was hoping to do a remodel in the next year or so and would like to just replace what needed to be fixed at this time with basic parts. They brought parts with them and fixed the drain in my sink, gave me two choices of faucet in the style I wanted and installed a new disposal. The work was only completed today so not sure if there will be any issues but I have no reason to anticipate any.

This plumber is great, it is a local family business, his wife answers the phone and does the scheduling, when I called her the afternoon before they came and told her it was an emergency, that the toilet was leaking into the ceiling below us, her husband, Kenneth and his son apprentice, were out at our unit at 9 am the next morning. His prices are always reasonable, (this price was as high as it was because it also included a 40 plus dollar new shower head and his installing that as well, He doesn't charge for transportation, he always gives good advice . I just would highly recommend this plumber. I have used him two times in the last year and it is always an excellent experience..

I have used them many times, done very good work, I actually became friends with them, always recommend them to others.

Plumber identified problems and had the tools and parts to perform repair immediately. Plumber also identified potential issues that may require work in the future. Very professional and did not press for additional work.

They cleaned the sink drains and overflow in 2 bathrooms. We had a smell coming from both bathroom sinks and had tried to clean it out ourselves but it still smelled. I must not have tried as h****** the 1st floor bathroom because it was really bad. They took it apart, removed the pop up and cleaned those. They also sprayed water into the overflow in the sink to remove built up slime. They recommended that I fill the sink with water weekly and let it run into the overflow, to keep it clean. We never fill the sinks and that can cause stuff to stay in the overflow. They were her a few minutes before the appointment and went right to work. Very friendly and efficient.

Found Wayne's plumbing on Angies list. He was able to come within hours of my call. Fixed the problem. Extremely professional and customer focused. Ken was reassuring and confident that he would take care of all the issues. The service and price were outstanding. He will be my plumber from here on out.

They're great ! It seems like a small family business and they can be hard to reach but they always call back and are super about scheduling their visits.

I can't remember the exact date or the cost of the service. We have an artesian well and of course, hard water. Our water softener system wasn't working properly. We also had two toilets that were leaking at the base of each one. One of the toilets also kept running after we flushed it so I wanted them to fix that as well. They were able to fix the leaky toilets. They said they fixed the flushing/running toilet problem. Then, as far as the water softener, the guy told me "I am more of a city plumber - I don't know much about wells and hard water systems". So, he never fixed the water softener and didn't even have any suggestions on what to do. When I made the appointment I was sure to tell them exactly what I needed the plumber for. So, I was irritated they didn't tell me about the limited experience the guy had on water softeners before I set the appointment. Then, a week later, our toilet started acting up again, continuously running after we flushed. Nice guy - but I won't hire him again.

It was fantastic. We’ve used them 3 times. He comes in under everybody else’s quote. He does excellent work and he’s there when he says he’s going to be there. They are just incredibly responsive and nice people. I gave everybody his business card that needs a plumber. He is great.

All went well. Sherrie was thorough in setting up the appt... Ken and his son were on time, neat and got the job done without any fuss. Yes, I'd hire them again!

Professional installation and new the proper codes for venting into the chimney.

The did a good job - and they offered the best price for the job. Received a call that they were running a bit late - but it turned out to be only by 10 minutes. I still appreciated their letting me know.

Ken and his son worked under my kitchen sink to remove an old garbage disposal from the small sink and put a new one in the other, larger sink. Ken also cut out and rearranged a jumble of pipes and fittings under the sink so there are fewer pipes and they are all at the back of the cabinet. This gives me storage space at the front. He showed me where the water shutoffs were and how to use both the reset button on the disposal and the small wrench that came with the unit to clear food jams. He cleaned up the area with dustpan and brush after the work was completed. I was very satisfied with the work and the price.

I called twice in a week and left a message both times. Never got a return phone call. Not impressed!

Very professional. On time. Clean work. Polite. The source of the leak was unknown so he removed the toilet (sight of a past leak) and determined that it is not where the leak is coming from now. He saved us a huge expense (e.g. cutting hold in wall or removing ceiling panel) by suggesting that we waterproof around our shower. He gave us ideas on how to do it, what to buy, etc. He said to monitor it after sealing the shower and if it isn't better he would come and look at it more closely - saving us a lot of money.

The work was phenomenal. He is efficient in his work and he does not charge more than he has to. I am working in a budget and he will work with that and he will let me know the cost on certain jobs. He will come in whenever it fits my budget to do the work. He is my go to plumber. They will call if any delays are going to happen. He brings his son and it is great to hear him transferring his knowledge to his sons when doing the work. They have always stuck to the quote and Wayne's plumbing has been very responsive when needed in emergency situations.

Received prompt, professional, efficient service at a very reasonable price. I saw good ratings on Angie's List for Wayne's Heating and I am glad I went with them. Definitely will use him again.

Arrived about 45 min late (due to an emergency call) but I received a phone call letting me know of the delay. When they arrived they were efficient and performed the work quickly and kept me informed the whole time. Everything is working well and they were very professional.

The cover was completely rotted out. Ken arrived on time and was very upbeat. We showed him the job and he went to work in an efficient and professional manner. However me being the curious person I am had a number of questions which he answered willingly and completely. When he was finished he left the area as clean as it was when he got there if not cleaner. We felt the cost was very reasonable and we will definitely be calling Wayne's Plumbing when ever we have a plumbing problem!

Ken and I went over everything in the house to figure out why the water pressure in the 2nd floor shower was low. Rather than tell me what "he" could do to fix the problem, he recommended i call the water department to have the 1/2 inch meter replaced with a 3/4 or 1 inch meter. They'll do it for free! Try that first and we'll take it from there. Then he replaced the shower head (the other was so old the replacement i purchased wouldn't fit). He also replaced the nozzle in the bathroom sink so water flowed MUCH better. A couple of weeks later the drain pipe in the downstairs bathroom broke on a Thursday night. I called and left a message that night and Ken showed up the next afternoon, repaired the pipe. His quick turn around time for the repair was perfect as we had a Birthday party that night! $120.00 was a small amount to pay in my opinion for an emergency repair and you'd never had known he was there! The room was spotless when he was done. Fast, courteous, professional, knowledgeable and above all else, trustworthy and honest (almost to a fault). I plan to have Ken back to tie in my fridge water and replace the fixtures in the tub upstairs (to start). He gave me an estimate of $175 to run the line to my fridge Ken and Sherrie are wonderful to work with and I'm VERY happy to have found a great plumber again! I have no hesitation in highly recommending them.

Ken was fantastic! He first tried his hardest to repair our kitchen faucet. He took the time to show me why it could not be repaired. We had very specific space restrictions making finding a replacement faucet difficult but Ken went out and found us an ideal replacement. Upon installing the new faucet he found a leak in the new equipment so he immediately went out and returned the defective equipment for another new faucet. His price was very fair and the work was great. We would highly recommend Ken.
