Description of Work: I would have loved to hire Wayne's Plumbing to fix a simple problem that I created in my son's condo - tried to reattach the sink stopper and ended up taking off the drain pipe thus causing a leak. I left two or three messages over a period of days that went immediately to voice mail and nobody ever got back. Ended up with Maietta Titus Blaschke Plumbing. Someone answered the phone, they responded immediately, fixed it right on the spot, and charged a very reasonable fee. I recommend them.

Description of Work: fixed my leaking tub. Offered expertise regarding buying do it yourself products...really appreciated that.

Description of Work: Replaced washers in the shower. (Can't be done by home handyman!) Replaced outside faucet. Called in Portland Water District to repair leak on the water meter side of the piping. Actually Wayne's plumbing had to fix the leak because the Water District won't, but they had to be called anyway. | |I've been using Wayne's Plumbing & Heating since 1986 when Kenny's father Wayne owned it,and I will continue to use them.

Description of Work: Replaced a split pipe under the kitchen sink. I was not at home at the time so I am getting the punctuality and professionalism second hand; they did show up near the end of the time window as they came from a job bigger than expected. |A month later, the work has held up.

Description of Work: Got disposal working again. Replaced under-counter water filter with an upgraded model. Only charged for service call. I have also used Ken Curlew of Wayne's plumbing to instal kitchen faucet, under-counter water filter, toilet, new shower fittings, bathroom sink and faucet. Also, my condo asociation had him replace one of the building's water heaters. Very happy with every aspect of their service. Will use and recommend in the future.

Description of Work: I discovered a leak in my basement and they were able to find the source quickly and fixed it. Their customer service was excellent! They were friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, reasonably priced and high quality. I believe I have found my new plumber!

Description of Work: A floor forced hot water heating unit had to be reconfigured in order to add a cabinet in the kitchen. Job was done quickly and I have been very satisfied with the result.

Description of Work: I called the office on the 17th late afernoon and Sherry called me back next morning. Ken came on the 19th and I thought he was just going to give an estimate but he did three small jobs right then and solved two problems we have been having. He came back on the 25th and installed a new sink and toilet in our downstairs bathroom. Work was finished on the same day. everything was well done and completed in a timely manner. Ken is an excellent worker...very neat and I real gentleman. My plan is to have him put iin a shower when I can afford it. I would recomend him highly. Helen Deering

Description of Work: We checked Angie's list and Wayne's plumbing was number one so we called. He came over that same day and fixed the problem. He charged appropriately. We will definitely call him again.

Description of Work: Cellar flooded - Water heater would not restart up. Needed a new burner and other parts.Great Service.

Description of Work: Our oil house heater would not fire up. Wayne came right over, diagnosed the issue, improved line, filter and some other thingamajig. Then he went through the entire system to insure there were no other issues, cleaned and reset this and that. When he was satisfied all was well, he tested and checked multiple start ups. In Maine, you really don't want your heat to abandon you on some cold (-20F) winter's eve. After Wayne set our system right, we never had another problem.

Description of Work: Kenny and crew re-routed our sewer drainage within the house to bypass antique clay drain pipes which were struggling.

Description of Work: We were having new floors put in so we needed 2 toilets taken up and put back down. We also wanted a new vanity top and faucet installed. Ken and (Corey?) came, took them up and were supposed to reinstall the next day. The flooring people were all screwed up and we've had to cancel and reschedule Ken to come back a couple different times. Ken was super nice and accommodating about everything. Will definitely recommend and use again.

Description of Work: I found Wayne's Plumbing on Angie's list and called them up as I was having trouble with my Bathtub draining. There was something stuck in the drain. Wayne's Plumbing called back the same day and set up an appointment for two days later. Arrived promptly and found out the problem and it was fixed on the spot.
