Laurie was very patient with us while searching for the perfect house in the price range we were trying to stay in. We were in a time crunch; where I was due to have a baby within a month and wanted to get into a house before we had our baby. We finally found "the one" and we had some struggles and battles and Laurie was right there by our side the entire time ensuring us that this home would be ours. We needed to install a water filtration system and Laurie proved to us, that she's not just in it to make money, she honestly cares about each client like they are family. When I found myself without a home due to a divorce. Laurie came in and helped me find a great mortgage company who took on my situation and worked through it all to find me the right program. Thank you RMS . When the financing was worked out and it came time to get serious about my search, Laurie listened to what I wanted searched and only showed me the homes that would work for me. This took a lot or work on her part and she never once complained always answered my calls and if she didn't have an answer she got it for me. When it came time to buy she showed me the best price to offer based on the market so I know I wasn't paying too much.
