Scheduled Stanley Steamer for commercial job in Portland Maine the were very professional at initial meeting we scheduled a cleaning for the following Monday 4 Feb. at 8:00am. As I live in Litchfield Maine and commute to Portland Maine for my business, I had to leave my house by 7:00am to be to the store by 8:00 to prep for their arrival. I arrived at 7:43am and entered store leaving the stereo off so I could hear if anyone knocked. I waited and checked the doors occasionally to see if anyone was there. but no sign of Stanley Steamer finally at 9:34 called the office and was told the crew was here for an hour and knocked on the door and called the store phone several times. This could not have happened because I would have heard anyone knocking as the store is dead quiet and there were NO calls on the store phone or on the phone incoming calls history. I am told by the representative on the phone that They will call me within a half an hour and reschedule for later today. They do not call back for over an hour and can't do the leaning until after lunch which impacts my store hours and now I am losing money. As most small business owners can attest it is hard to find reliable business'. I would have thought with a name like Stanley Steamer this type of poor business practice would have been avoided. Sorry Stanley in my eyes you have run out of Steam. We will no longer be in need of your services or lack of.

The quality of work was alright, they couldn't get all the stains out which is understandable. I think they overcharged me for the job though.

Stanley Steamer Carpet Cleaner is the one company I prefer to use, they do an excellent job. They are very professional and were very quick. We have a 4000 sq foot home and they were done in just a few hours. They did upstairs and the downstairs plus cleaned the furniture. I was very pleased and will call them again.

It was excellent. They were nice and they were professional. They did a good job. My carpets are clean and my off-white couch is clean so I am happy. They did what they were supposed to do. I would call them again. I did it on two moves for $99.00 so you can't really go wrong with it.
