They were prompt, efficient and did a beautiful refinish in our new home. The refurbished floors really improved the entire space. They also were kind enough To return after we removed a built in unit to fix the exposed old flooring. Would recommend wo hesitation

We have pine hardwood floors which hadn't been redone in approximately 10 years and were quite worn in many places. We called Sam's Flooring and they came to our house within several days and gave us a very fair estimate to refinish the floors. We made an appt to have the work done and several days later asked if we could reschedule for several weeks later. They very quickly responded and agreed to our request. The day of the appt they were here on time. We found them to be extremely quick to respond to our communications. They did an awesome job on the floors. They look like brand new again. We would definitely recommend hiring Sams Flooring for your flooring needs.

After 30 years of floor rough wear and tear, I was ready to take out the whole dining room floor and buy some cheap imitation flooring. Then someone told me not to because they were oak floors, which would last longer than the house. Boy am I glad I listened to them. Sam Floor Sanding were brilliant: efficient, affordable, and they changed the whole look of the room. Of course, that meant I had to paint the room to look as nice as the floors (guess who scuffed the floor again?). They just came back to touch it up for me. These guys are true heroes. For the price, I'm sorry, I just don't think there's anyone better out there for repairing hardwood floors. I got four different quotes and there's was the best. It took two visits to clean and stain, then come the next day for another stain. They are beautiful. And now I need to redecorate the whole house to do justice to the work Sam Floor Sanding did!!

If you are looking for a company to refinish your floors, Sam Floor Sanding should be your only stop. Not only was their price cheaper than other estimates, but Dung and his guys were extremely professional and hardworking. We refinished about 1200 square feet and it only took three days (day 1 - sanding, day 2 - stain, day 3 - poly). They did a fabulous job! They sanded the damaged floor and finished it such a way we can not see any difference! They are reliable, very professional and friendly, with a fair price. On the top of that they did the job in a good timing. Quality work from start to finish. The result is perfect ! We are much happier now and would highly recommend to anyone.
