The options listed on this site for posting reviews, does not allow me to clearly explain the type of service/project that was done. They actually performed an estate clean out and very little of their work was waste management or junk. Clearing out an estate property is already a difficult task. When you also want to avoid having perfectly good items just thrown out and adding to a growing environmental impact on the earth, it can be an almost overwhelming situation. That is why I contacted The Rubbish Doctor. I knew they would find resources that would take the furniture and give it a good new purpose. I got a very quick turnaround on an estimate for the work, and an equally fast date for the clean out. Tom, Renee and Matt were professional, personable and SO FAST! Iâ m amazed at how quickly the work was done and at such a reasonable price. The whole experience was better than expected and made things so much easier on me. I will be a repeat customer.

I called, Tom gave me an estimate and by mid-afternoon the work was done, all on the same day. I needed some piles of brush cleaned up and Renee and Matt worked in the rain to get the job done. They were prompt, courteous and hardworking. I will be definitely be calling Rubbish Doctor again.

This hardworking team of Maine small business professionals - Renee, Matt and Tom made 30 yearsâ worth of accumulated stuff disappear in an hour and a half! Their customer service is top notch and started with an immediate call back after I checked out their website (on a Saturday no less) to a very prompt response to set up an appointment and then they followed up with me each step of the way including on the day of the service confirming my appointment and then letting me know when they were on the way. They were very respectful of my things and my space and checked in with me to be sure about any items I may have wanted to keep. I canâ t say enough positive things about how they helped me out. If you have stuff that needs to goâ ¦ call them. They are also connected to a Maine based cleaning company to help get rid of the many dust bunnies left behind when the stuff is out!!

This truly was a five star experience. Tom was efficient and cooperative in setting up the appointment. Renee and her husband were very pleasant to meet and attentive in reviewing our needs. They were able to schedule the job immediately and did a fantastic job to make a difficult situation go away. I recommend them highly.

Renee was the only person to clean some pool, garage area trash. She was amazing, quick. Tom whom I spoke with was great also. Explained and answered all my questions. I would recommend this company 100 times over. I will use them again. Very Professional . Amazing how the came the next day after calling. Pleased project is done.
