Waltz Co. answered my many questions and ordered the toilets I wanted with the handle on the opposite side from the toilets they had in stock. They provided me with model numbers so I could see the toilets on the Kohler web site. They sent appropriate contracts and copies. Their workers were punctual, polite, and professional.

We bought a new washing machine that draws water frequently in small amounts, and when that happens, the water pipies and quot;rattledand quot; which was not only annoying but also could create more serious damage to the water pipes. The technician was prompt and professional and explained what the problem was and offered two two methods to correct the problem: one being more expensive than the other. We opted for the least expensive method and have bee completely satisfied -- the water pipes no longer and quot;rattle.and quot;

Requested service at 8:00 am, they arrived within 2.5 hours of initial call. They did a great job removing tree roots obstructing sewer line. Was charged for travel + labor time, plus a separate flat fee for use of sewer snake.

The plumber was courteous. He did not have the right color in the part (sprayer hose for the sink) that he put on my sink and said he would return with it in a few days to replace it with the right color. After not hearing from them for several weeks I called to ask when it would be replaced. I was told I would be called back. I never was called back, nor did they stop by to replace the sprayer. Fast forward 6 months later. The sprayer fell apart so I had to hold it to make it work. Four months later it started spraying everywhere from under the nozzle iand it reminded me about the lack of replacement and I called Richard P Waltz and the woman on the phone said she remembered my call from the months before and apologized that they had not called back. I asked if, at this time, they could just give me another sprayer...in the right color....for my inconvenience/patience and for their lack of following through. I was told that she would ask her and quot;bossand quot; and call me back. When she called she said she was told they would not replace the part. I asked if they would just give me the part and she said no. Price was fair, quality of work was fair....but customer satisfaction for a $30 part was not. I did not keep calling when they failed to return my call...maybe a squeaky wheel would have been the best way to get a response from them instead of relying on their poor customer service.

One of the complaints I have of their work is that they did not cover anything in the basement to keep the cement dust off of all the things stored there. It took a bit of work to clean up the residue of dust and particles from the chiseling. I have had one stoppage which occurred at the joint where their work joins the street drain. I cleared that with just a hose and contacted Waltz. I opted not to have them come out to look at it because it would cost more and it is possible that something went down the drain causing the blockage. So, it is a wait and see on that. They do not seem to think that it is a problem that was caused by their work but are willing to come out and look. I feel that they would deny any problem with the work and charge me for the trip, which is quite expensive. I did feel that this company was the only one equipped to fix the problem that I had and, I did look at Angie's list before I selected them.

very well. they fixed a problem that another cntractor had messed up. they were prompt and courteous and always available on the phone. recently I contacted their billing office and they supplied me with a detailed copy of the bill so that I could use it to receive a payment from my neighbor on work I ended up paying for. T from theey were so professional and helpful.

We called and they fixed it. The way service shold be handled.

Professional worker Quality job Could likely get job done at lower price elsewhere, but the work was excellent.

I was told that switching to a pedistal would be a 4 -5 hour job @ $88 an hour, but thankfully the job was completed in 2 1/1 plus travel time.My complaints about this plumber who came to do the job are: he complained about the quality of the sink I was having him install. He also said the sink stopper was defective and that he had one in his truck for $35 that he could sell me, but when encouraged to look further at the stopper, it just had a plastic covering on it (for protection) that when removed, was perfectly fine. He also complained that he wasn't going to be able to put the sink in, but by trying a littler harder, was able to complete the job. He also was grumpy that we had installed the toilet first before he installed the sink. This one plumber hopefully isn't representative of all plumbers who work for Richard P Waltz, but there are other plumbing companies out there to employ so I won't be using their services for my next plumbing project.

He did a very good job. The prices were reasonable as well. You can even check on them to make sure they are doing good, and I would recommend them.

I used their service because of their reputation. I like their professionalism and personal attention.

They were prompt, courteous, and very helpful. They did their job really well and gave me tips of what to expect and what to be looking for. They came immediately and cleaned it all up and helped me with my insurance.

The last time that I used them I had a stopped up toilet. The were prompt, professional and skilled.

We have been using them for about 40 years. We have a contract with them. It took some time for the work to get started after we got the estimate. It took them probably four to six weeks. The estimate was for about $4200. We didn't shop around for estimates because we always use them.

We are very lucky to have found a company like Richard P Waltz Plumbing and Heating Co Inc. They are very professional. They did an excellent job. We would use them again in the future.

Waltz employee arrived at the scheduled time. He was professional, diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it with a minimum of inside-the-house mess.

They were good, but a little pricey. They are one of the only companies in the area who has the equipment to deal with big plumbing issues.

They are very good. It cost me $120 and they did a good job. They are very punctual and they get back to you very quickly. They give you a free estimate on what needs to be done. Their work typically meets what is estimated. I would use their services in the future too.

Lousy, I never heard from them again and never got my estimate.

It's a great company and they are easy to reach after hours. They are our emergency people that will come out and help anytime. You can schedule an appointment when you call; you don't have to wait for a callback. They show up when they say they will. They give you a price upfront. They are very friendly. We have a long-term relationship with them.

They were prompt, efficient and effective though not speedy. The plumber explained it all so I could understand and encouraged me to watch and learn. The main issue was billing. They told us in advance they would charge for their drive time and charged us a half hour to drive the 2.2 miles to our house. Then once here they charged us $88 per hour for labor and then tacked on $75 for the video camera and $140 for the electric eel which cleaned the pipe out. This motorized snake was an old and well used piece of gear.
