Anthony and his team at Reliable Hardwood Flooring refinished all the wood floors in our new home before we moved in. Three coats of Nordic sealer (to help lighten the wood) and two coats of a comm. matt polyurethane. They are absolutely stunning, and we have had several compliments from friends! Anthony and his team worked with a sense of urgency, showed total professionalism and stand by their work. They possess incredible work ethic and do everything in their power to make sure that the customer is totally satisfied. They have nothing but complete respect for their customers. With our floors, there were several damaged areas that they went above and beyond to fix, and the floors look like the damage was never there! We highly recommend Reliable Hardwood Flooring! This company was excellent. The floors came out beautifully. There was little to no finish on the floors for the last 20 years or so. The three bedrooms came out stunning. The first floor had quite a bit of damage and pet stains that couldn't be completely sanded out, so they advised staining the floor in order to blend them in and they came out fine. They started work on a Monday morning and completed the whole house by Thursday morning. They kept me up to date on the progress as they went. When they left the place was spotless. Anthony even gave me advice on how to clean and take care of the floors. Don't hesitate to hire this company!

Anthony and Andy installed new wood in the area damaged by water and they staggered it perfectly. You can tell the difference between the existing and the new flooring. Then they refinished the entire flooring that covered two rooms. The estimate was reasonable and the work took a week. It looks so good we donâ t want to cover it with rugs. We will call them to put hardwood on the stairs and hallway upstairs in the future.

Anthony and Andy replaced boards ruined by water. They placed it staggered and it blended in beautifully. After the sanded and poly u couldnà ¢à  à  t tell where it was patched. They sanded and finished the entire dining and living room. Ità ¢à  à  s just beautiful. I would highly recommend them and will call to install hardwood on our stairs and hallway upstairs in the future. All of the individuals that I interacted with in this company take a great deal of pride in the service they perform. The project consisted of refinishing kitchen and dining room wood floors. The service was performed at a very high level of proficiency and was completed in one day, applying protective covering, which minimize dust cleanup. Their fee was a below competitive, which I thought was totally inappropriate for the quality of the work, and they stuck to their quote. I would not hesitate to use this company in the future for my flooring needs. They were a delight to work with.

Exceptional customer service. Very knowledgeable. Excellent communication. They showed up on time. You can tell that that love what they do. I have an open concept for living room and kitchen with 2 hallways and 2 closets. Maple hardwood. I explained my concerns and needs and we determined the right poly for desired final look. My floors look better than the first time done when the house was new. I would not hesitate to use them again or refer to others! My last experience refinishing my hardwood floors was a nightmare from day one. I have disliked my hardwood floors for the past 8 years. The whole process was quick and easy. I called to get a quote and they came out the next day. Anthony was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns.
