window cleaning, pressure washing
+ 0 moreThey gave me an estimate based on the number of the windows and information I gave them in an email. The estimate was for cleaning the gutters, the windows and power washing the exterior. This part of the process was very good. Then it took several phone calls to tell me a day that they could come out, the person answering the phones wasn't empowered to make appointments and everything had to be cleared with the owner. I asked them not come before 8am on the day that they did the work and they arrived well before 8, close to 7:45 actually. I thought they did an adequate job. There was a skylight in the kitchen that I had talked to a senior member of the team about and then they left without doing the skylight. I had to ask them to come back. It was odd and I was disappointed. I would not use them again.
Description of Work: Reflections Window Cleaning & Painting cleaned gutters, windows and exterior of my grandfather's home.

+ -1 moreIt was outstanding working with him. The quality of the work was great. They did the work when they said they would. He cleaned up any mess that might have been left when he was done.
Description of Work: He came out and did some pressure washing for us, he also put some sealing on the deck.
