Paul just completed a complete remodel of our kitchen. We decided to do a high end remodel of our kitchen ($100,000+) and could not be happier with Paul and his crew's work! They did an outstanding job! Their attention to detail was amazing. Showed up every day on time and with smiles on their faces. You could tell that they really enjoyed their job and were also very proud of their work. They only do one job at a time, so their focus is totally on the job at hand. They also came in on budget and there were no surprises. I would highly recommend Paul and his crew for any work that you may need.

Paul Kennedy of Property Solutions was reccomended by our neighbor. We purchased a home that was built in 1925 and in need of new flooring on all three levels. When we originally contacted Paul we asked for an estimate for installing hardwood in the master suite, but as we began working with Paul we knew we wanted him to complete all the work needed on the flooring throughout the home. We wanted to do the prep work by removing the carpet, tack boards and doors, and we wanted to purchase the hardwood directly from the flooring company. Paul was very agreeable and presented his estimates with this in mind. Paul works with a small crew that understands his desire to be meticulous in everything he does. Our home had several additions added through the years, and some of the flooring was not level and creaked loudly due to the subflooring. Paul spent hours repairing and ensuring the subfloor was correct before installing his flooring. We came across several unique situations, but Paul always came up with solutions without adding costs. Paul spent four weeks in our home as he painstakingly completed each floor to perfection. He installed 5and quot; heart pine hardwood in the master bedroom suite, and finished it with linseed oil at our request. Before Paul started, this room had carpet flooring, there was a large hump in the middle of the floor and it creaked as you walked across the room. Now the floor feels level, no hump, and no creaking. The flooring is beautiful. The stairs leading to the basement and the basement also had carpet. The stairs were unlevel and creaked, and we were presented with a hidden drain under the basement carpet. Again Paul discussed options and cost differences before doing any work. We decided on a and quot;floatingand quot; laminate Quick Step flooring due to the drain in the middle of the floor in our and quot;recand quot; room. The rest of the basement floor was painted in a two tone blue. He completed the basement first so we had a place to live and sleep while he worked on the master bedroom. Paul easily worked with and around the delivery of our washer and dryer, and the movers came a day early with our furniture. Paul spent a week getting the basement steps perfect, and they are beautiful. He finished his work by laying tile in a portion of the living room. Most of the room has the original hardwood floors, but a 12' x 8' section had carpet. This area was most likely a porch when the home was built and was renovated as part of the living room. The solution to replacing the carpet was to use a slate tile that matched the fireplace. Paul was able to create a nice transition from the hardwood to the tile even though the two floors were not the same height. Another masterful job in the living room. Paul has many talents, and he is a perfectionist in everything he does. He made sure his work area was neat and clean each day before he and his crew left. He made sure we were happy with his work as we went along in this project. He was true to his price quotes even when more time was needed to complete the project than he anticipated. We would not hesitate to call Paul/Property Solutions to complete additional renovations, he is a true professional craftsman.
