It was pretty good. They were fast and efficient. It went fine. I don't know what my expectations were but I think that, perhaps the fact that we weren't choosing high end, high-priced items may have made him a little bit less patient with our request for details. It was good that the timeframes moved right on and they were very efficient, and the people that came to our house were very nice and very professional. They did their job and cleaned up well and left things in good shape. Their workers were very good. It is just that, on a couple of phone calls, the guy that I talked to at the office was a little grumpy. The impression I got was that it was because I wasn't buying the high-priced items, big items. The people who came to the house were nice as could be.

Purchased granite for a counter top and island in the kitchen. The service from the folks at Paul G White was exemplary, from the initial visit, through the delivery and installation of the granite. They were courteous, professional and cleaned up after the job was completed. I highly recommend this store to anyone considering granite or flooring.

They never followed up with me. They said they were going to but they never did. They seemed to be professional initially but when we started talking about the job and what I was looking to do and it was clear to me that they were trying to upsell me and overprice and they seemed a little deceptive. That was another reason why I wasn't too disappointed they didn't call me back. They were on time when they came out for the estimate.

Fabulous! The showroom service is excellent - lots of options to choose from. I was able to take good-sized samples home to see how they looked in my kitchen. The installation was amazing! I had purchased an undermount sink and was a bit worried how the corners would match up. It is perfect. The fit and finish are superb and the cost was about the same as a big box store. Totally satisfied with my experience!

During installation (which I did) I found a bunch of and quot;boardsand quot; that did not have an acceptable finish and took them back. To Paul G White's credit I had replacement/new ones within a week. I also had to call the manufacturer's technical support because the flooring did not go together as easily as the directions suggested. The technique suggested to remedy this resulted in some minor, but noticeable, finish damage.

They do a beautiful job! They have a great showroom and the people there are very helpful.

I liked the selection of carpeting. The installers were prompt and were able to get their job done in a short amount of time.

Great sales experience and installation!

Negative experience!!!! I will not attempt to use them again. If ever insurance claim work is to be done again, I'll attempt to have it sent to another local company.

The sales woman who sold the flooring to us was very helpful and took good care of us, especially when a problem came up. They sell quality products, and we are very satisfied with the QuicStep flooring we chose. The sub contractor they sent to do the installation was excellent and professional. He made his cuts outside to reduce the amount of dust and noise in the house and paid careful attention to details. He was concerned that our children be exposed to as little dust as possible. He showed up on time and kept things neat and clean. He asked questions when needed to make sure he understood our expectations. However, the estimator significantly underestimated the material needed. The company was apologetic and gave us the additional flooring without charging, but it was an additional week of inconvenience for us and the sub contractor. The hall had to be left partially finished as well as part of the living room. We had to be very careful not to damage the edge of what was in place so far in the high traffic area. Try this with two young children. So far so good; mistakes happen. A couple months after the installation two big gaps appeared in the hallway. I visited the showroom and couldn't find our salesperson so I explained the problem to another sales person. They told me to put on sneakers and kick the boards back into place! I gave it a shot and as expected the boards wouldn't budge. I don't think this can be fixed unless I get a tool that will allow me to hook the edge of the floor near the wall and use a mallet to move the boards. But, the company shouldn't be expecting me to do all this when the problem could be solved with 5 minute visit from an installer with the right tools for the job. Years later the gaps are still there. If not for the disrespectful response from the sales person who "advised" me on the problem with the gaps this company would have received a much higher score. I know that Paul White, the person, is involved in the community, has supported a lot of good charities, and appears to want to deal fairly with his customers. If you use this company make sure you talk to them about what they will do if installation problems arise after the installer leaves. You also want to get the installer's contact information. I am certain that if I was able to contact the installer he would have taken care of the gaps without hesitation. You need to make your own measurements and carefully check the calculations with the sales person. The salespeople are handicapped by not being allowed to visit your house to see the layout and check the measurements. But they are expected to accurately estimate the price and order the correct amount of material. If they helped me with that gaps I would have said I would use this company agian, but without this I will go elsewhere.

We worked with Olivia and she was knowledgeable and helpful. The workers who fabricated and installed our soapstone were very professional. Everything worked out great. We love our countertops and our sink. We got just what we were looking for.

We went to a lot of kitchen design places. Roger had the best design for remodeling our kitchen. He was very knowledgeable and worked hard to get all the right parts for our kitchen. Roger kept in constant touch with the installer and quickly took care of any problems that came up. We were very pleased with the quality of our cabinets.

Sales Assoc. Eliot was very helpful in selection of tile, scheduling work and follow up. The installer worked quickly and professionally. The overall job turned out beautifully. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Paul G. White again and recommend them to anyone who needs professional flooring installed.

The salewoman, "Eliot Hull" was extremely helpful when we chose the carpet and tile and was quickly able to discover our taste and to point us in the right direction in a store with an overwhelming amount of possibilities. The installers were on time and professional and were very happy the result. The whole job was expensive (we chose high end products) but worth it.

They were polite and helpful with the flooring process. The installation went smooth and the floor good.
