AVOID!!!!! Bought a new sliding glass door 2 months ago.... the seal is SO poor where the door slides, that the condensation leaves puddles on my wood floor every morning! What was their answer???? "It is normal to see condensation. They are functioning properly. Condensation will appear from time to time and is often noticed more on high quality windows, because of their energy efficiency." REALLY!?? My old 1980s slider NEVER had this issue! I wanted to upgrade for a "Better" slider with internal blinds and this is what I have to deal with now?? They sent a "Rep" over, and he handed me a pamphlet on "Condensation" and told me to "Run a fan!" He said "we see this all the time, Its normal." So now I am stuck with this S***** $2500 door that leaks water on my hardwood floor, I'm told its normal and to run a fan in the winter to fix their crappy product". I said "Thats it??? Thats all your going to do for me", His reply was yes, and he left. Buy a new door or window from a company that will stand behind their product, because it looks like I'm going to have to lawyer up in order to get any kind of resolution. Good thing we have one in the family, because I'm not going to let this go

Major Damage to New home construction and Paradigm refuses to cover damages. Buyers beware this manufacturer DOES NOT cover its warranty. After bringing this matter to the attention of Paradigm Windows of Maine Plant Manager Andy Sevier, company officials told homeowners that "we have nothing for you" when asked to provide replacement windows for their brand new home located 81 White Tail Lane Palmyra PA. Plant manager participated in an independent lab test at National Certified Testing Labs, York PA where window testing proved that the window is leaking. 17 windows on the back of this home have been confirmed as leaking and many more are to be tested. This manufacturer did nothing to help us in our time of need and we want all consumers to know that Anderson Windows came to our rescue. Anderson windows is rushing custom windows to us as our home's stucco finish was removed for repair. Homeowners never imagined they would have to replace EVERY window! Bad construction by Costello Builders Lancaster PA also contributed to this disaster home.
