Oceanside Exteriors specializes in all aspects of residential exteriors including roofing, siding and windows installation in the Greater Portland area. We are a Maine family owned company that is operated with a passion for excellence in workmanship and a focus on long-term relationships with our clients. Our goal is to achieve the highest possible quality and assure full client satisfaction. We are prepared to complete any size project and feel very strongly about always providing a well rounded service and strive to treat all clients fairly regardless of the project size. We are committed to supporting the local economy and minimizing our impact on the environment. Materials for our projects are purchased from local vendors and distributors, wood siding comes from local mills either in Maine or just over the border in Canada. Whenever possible we use sustainable products and recycle all materials that can be recycled. To our clients we can offer a low cost solution, with no overhead cost our price is lower than that of other companies. All our estimates are free of charge and every client can get a free one hour consultation in order to determine the the path to take working on their home. We are willing to beat any reasonable price. We guarantee 100% satisfaction as we stand behind our work at all times. Our crew is is fully insured and prides itself in completing work on time and according to our contract. What we value most is our personalized approach -- we will get to know your unique needs and you will know the crew working for you.

Services we offer

We are a roofing, siding, and replacement window company. We specialize in many types of roofing materials including asphalt shingles, rubber roofing, metal roofing, rolled roofing as well as cedar shingles. We install vinyl siding, cement siding, wood Clapboards and shingles. We can wrap all the trim on your home in aluminum. We install Paradigm vinyl replacement windows, as well as Anderson wood replacement windows.

Oceanside Exteriors did a fantastic job on the re-roofing project for our cottage. Although it took them a while to get the project started (it was about 7 weeks from the day we signed the contract before they started), the process went very smoothly and they did an exceptional job. I highly recommend them.
