Peter Floeckher, the owner, was terrific to work with: knowledgable, personable and communicative. The crew included Justin and Tim, who were also great guys. The subcontractor electrician who worked with them on parts of the project was also great. The workmanship was first class. We had had some clapboards replaced in another area previously by another company and the better craftsmanship of the current project was obvious. While waiting for the project to start our basement flooded. Peter came out and evaluated the situation and concluded our perimeter drain was clogged. He looked at our yard and figured out where the pipe likely was buried. After a little digging I found the clogged pipe. Peter also was very helpful in suggesting people who could help fix this problem. I wanted to add a sump pump to prevent any future problems should the drain become clogged again. Peter and his crew did a terrific job with this, too. I recommend North by East without reservation!
