NEW ENGLAND PERMA-GLAZE

Description of Work: Chris arrived a bit early for our appointment, ready to go. I showed him the bathtub he was scheduled to reglaze, and he unloaded and carried in his gear. A few minutes later, he came downstairs to tell me that he couldn't, in all good conscience, reglaze the tub. It simply did not need it. He explained that the finish on my tub was in great shape and that I could remove the "wear' ring on it by using a cleaning product the name of which he provided for me along with instructions on how to use it. I apologized profusely for bringing him so far (over an hour) for a job that didn't need doing. He brushed aside my concerns. I insisted on paying him for his time and his gas. He was reluctant to take it, but ultimately did, at my request.
