Bill was very professional. When he came into the home, he wore paper booties to protect my floors and carpets. He was very efficient and wasted no time. Had all the right tools and all the right parts. He was in and out in a minimum amount of time and did a great job. The job site was left clean.

I find the prices very fair. They seem to care to make sure that I was happy and that the job was done right. They went above and beyond. They also answer the phone right away. They do background checks on the employees and drug testing, which makes me feel better having a baby in the home. I would use them again in the future and have already recommended them to others.

The pleasant phone representative at Mr. Sparky set up a prompt appointment and notified me on the day of the appointment when the technician, Bill, would arrive at my house. Bill was neat, polite, helpful, and professional. Before starting the work, he discussed with me exactly what I would like to have done and showed me Mr. Sparky's no nonsense price chart. I knew before the job was started exactly what it would cost. Nothing was hidden or added on later. He then proceeded to do the work in a careful, professional manner, ensuring that everything was perfect before leaving. He was very helpful, always polite, and went the extra mile. Although I have never had to call this company back for a job that wasn't done right, they do have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. I was even left with a discount coupon for future work, although my business is already ensured, due to my satisfaction with the company.

They guy that came was very professional and dressed in a uniform. His appearance was very clean cut. He did show up on time as they gave me a 3 hour window. The guy did show up in the earlier part of that window. This worked in my favor because I was on my lunch break.

Because of a cancellation, an electrician was able to come over the day I called, within the hour. He was very thorough in explaining company policy, what he would do, and how much he would charge.

Technician showed up on time and wore floor savers. He shared different options with me and everything was priced up-front, no questions as to how much it would cost. The technician was able to start the work right then and there, and he did not collect payment until I was 100% satisfied.
