Description of Work: Initial contacts were generally fine. Ongoing contacts were more difficult. One was beyond business control- an upholsterer left and needed to be replaced. This extended the time our furniture would not be completed. Then there was a call that one of our orders was 'lost' or deleted from the system. It was restored as I had kept notes and copies of paperwork. Furniture was picked up for repair end of August/beginning of September. Six dining room chairs were delivered just before Thanksgiving (November). Fabric for a recliner was delayed more than a month. It was finally acknowledged that it might be out of stock and never come in. We had to go and select new Fabric. We received the reclined in January (I think). Cost ended up being more than if we bought brand new furniture. Work was ok. One chair cushion tends to settle hard and sinks into the frame, as if the seat base was not attached to the chair correctly
